Bang in Berlin: Like on Sunday „Financial Times“ (Paywall) reported that the takeover of the ADAC credit card portfolio by Solarisbank is shaky. As a reminder: Originally, the 1.3 million cards previously managed by Landesbank Berlin were supposed to be transferred to the billion-dollar fintech this year. At the end of June, however, “Finanz-Scene” reported that the deal had been delayed by several months – the new launch date was spring 2024.
