The SETAB will strengthen the teachers with Active Participation in the Preparation of Reactions for the National Assessment of Entrance to Secondary Education

• The Ministry of Education in Tabasco continues to reaffirm its commitment to the quality of education by involving its teachers in key academic planning and development processes at the national level.

In an effort to strengthen the pedagogical tools of Tabasco teachers, seven of them recently participated in the preparation of the reactions and contents for the Evaluation of Entrance to Secondary Education (EDIEMS) 2025 -2026, in an event organized by the Academic Commission. Strengthening the Ministry of Public Education, held in Mexico City.

Tabasco teachers, from the subsystems COBATAB, CONALEP and CECYTE, took an active part in writing content and activities for the Entrance Assessment Study Guide, which includes the axes and sub-axes of each Curriculum Learning Unit (UAC) . Secondary Education.
During these days, work was done in areas such as Humanities, Language and Communication, Mathematical Thinking, Social Sciences and Natural Sciences, thus contributing to the design of instruments that will strengthen the selection process of high school students in the future.

In addition, the teachers received guidance from specialized staff from the Regional Commission for Academic Strengthening (COSFAC) of the SEP, who managed the process of creating reactions and educational materials.
The event also provided an opportunity for participants to share their experiences and approaches, highlighting the use of teaching tools such as self-prepared teaching guides, which facilitate the achievement of both students’ academics and effective organization of educational activities in the classroom.

At the end of the event, representatives of COSFAC’s Directorate of Educational Innovation expressed their gratitude and recognition to the teachers of Tabasco for their effort and commitment, highlighting their valuable contribution to the development of educational evaluation processes . Likewise, they announced that they will be called again to collaborate in the creation of new educational materials, including the content of the propaedeutic, which will have a decisive effect on strengthening the learning of the students who will be into the Secondary Education schools in Tabasco. .

This type of event confirms the strong conviction of the Ministry of Education in Tabasco to actively involve its teachers in key processes that lead to the continuous improvement of education, by providing updated teaching tools and collaboration opportunities at the national level for teachers.
