Sentenced, during his first trial, to three years in prison and a € 50,000 fine, he saw his sentence significantly reduced, this Friday, February 19, 2021, by the magistrates of the court of appeal. The fifty-year-old is, in fact, sentenced to eighteen months in prison. The duration of his ban on managing a commercial or industrial enterprise is reduced from fifteen years to three years. The ban on owning a weapon is maintained for five years. On the other hand, he is not fined. However, at first instance, he was ordered to pay € 50,000.
