The PP of El Paso has once again shown its concern, “after the Canary Coalition, the municipal government, is accumulating broken promises with the people of Pas throughout this legislature,” they point out.
In this case, the popular recall that in July 2021 the mayor announced that the municipality would allocate 3.2 million euros for the construction of a self-sufficient municipal swimming pool, and assured that it was one of the most requested claims by the residents themselves. , “but the reality is that a year and a half later, not a single stone has yet been moved for its construction.”
In addition, in that same press release, the mayor himself explained that in times of crisis El Paso intensified the number of investments, “but the reality is that the only thing that has intensified throughout this legislature have been the big announcements, which Unfortunately, the vast majority of them have been forgotten and are being breached, such as: the launch of the First Virtual Center of the Canary Islands, and the Hotel Escuela that was going to house the Teatro Monterrey”.
Faced with this situation, from the El Paso PP they ask the government team to “stop selling smoke to the neighbors, and really get to work on carrying out these projects of vital importance for the present and future of our municipality ”.
