Jakarta –
A video that shows the scene of a resident arguing in the Cilincing, North Jakarta (Jakut), which is self isolation (isoman) with neighbors around. The dispute was said to have occurred because the isoman resident wanted to go outside to buy medicine. These are the moments the residents were intimidated by their neighbors.
In the video circulating, it appears that a number of residents come to the homes of residents who are undergoing self-isolation. Seen a man holding a cellphone and directing it to the house of a resident who is isoman. A woman who was in the house also reprimanded the man.
Before the woman rebuked, a voice came from outside the house that directed residents to report the family in the house to be taken to the Wisma Atlet RSDC.
“what are you doing? said the woman.
“Eh lu get out what are you doing? I photo,” said the man.
The woman then explained that her family had left to go to the puskesmas because there was no more medicine at home.
“There is no medicine here. You want to go to the puskesmas, Bang. Yee how huh, bro? How are you anyway? How are you huh, bro? Want how? Do you want to die here (because) there is no medicine?” said the woman.
The woman said that even when she went out, she avoided meeting other residents. Then he questioned the man who came to his house even without a mask.
“Person (I) didn’t hit life. Person (I) avoid elu. Lu even this (come here) is not wearing a mask,” said the woman.
The man responded to the remark by pounding the woman’s fence. The man also asked the woman he was talking to to be quiet.
“Already… lu don’t make noise lu‘ said the man, pointing to the inside of the house.
In the 51-second video, it can be seen that not long after, there were other women and men who also attacked women in the house.
Cilincing Police Chief Kompol Slamet Riyadi said the dispute occurred because of a misunderstanding.
“This is a misunderstanding, I was with the Chief of Police at the location. The actual incident is not like in the video. We have taken persuasive steps as well,” said Slamet when contacted detik.com, Saturday (10/7/2021).
According to the investigation, Yeniken, a resident who is undergoing isoman, is known to have been out of the house several times. That’s why, said Slamet, residents were worried and reminded Yeniken to stay at home.
“So Mrs. Yeniken is still isoman. If you are isoman, it means you don’t want to go out, right. Then the neighbors left and right will worry,” he said.
Neighbors only reminded Yeniken not to travel, because his condition is still undergoing isoman. However, due to a misunderstanding, the two parties had an argument.
The police have also taken persuasive steps and provided assistance to Yeniken and three other houses that are undergoing isomanism. For some time, the needs of residents undergoing isomanism will be monitored and assisted by the police.
“So basically, all intentions are good, only the responses are different. I think it’s clear now, there are no problems. We have also provided assistance in the form of basic necessities and disinfectant has been sprayed at the location,” explained Slamet.
