Napoli already far ahead of its rivals in the Italian League. Trainer AS Roma Jose Mourinho also believes that Napoli will not be shaken until the end of the season.
Napoli is so tough in Serie A this season. Luciano Spalletti’s troops have collected 16 wins, two draws and only one defeat in the 19 matches played in Italy League.
They are comfortable at the top italian league standings with 50 points. Napoli are 10 points ahead of Inter Milan who have played one game more and 12 points over AC Milan.
Seeing Napoli’s progress this season, Mourinho said the Partenopei deserved to be at the top of the Italian League. According to Mourinho, the Scudetto already belongs to Napoli even though the season is only halfway through.
“I said Napoli had won the Scudetto, it was deserved, so I congratulated them,” said Mourinho as reported by Football Italia.
“They are a special team with a great coach, 12 points clear and no team can scare them. The Scudetto belongs to them.”
“If you ask me will Roma give way to them, I say no, we are going there to try to get a result, but that doesn’t change the fact that they have won the Scudetto,” said Mourinho.
