The scorpion Pokémon removed before the second generation

If a few days ago a player revealed a new Pokémon Yellow secret more than 20 years after its launch, a few days ago the Twitter user Dr. Lava told us about a second generation Pokémon which was finally not presented. As he says, this creature was finally discarded in 1998 and although it did not see the light it could be the inspiration for other Pokémon.

In addition to showing the pixelated image of the creature in question, this Twitter user also shows an illustration created by raciebeep, which shows what this Pokémon would look like today. With its appearance similar to that of a scorpion, we can easily relate it to Pokémon such as Gligar from the second generation or Skorupi from the fourth.

Although we do not know if Pokémon will recycle this creature for future games over time, we are sure that the year 2021 will bring all kinds of surprises. Next year, Pokémon will fulfill its 25th anniversary so we expect a large number of news for players.
