The Panoramic Train makes a surprising announcement. This viral train will stop running from January 9th.
Don’t panic, it turns out that the suspension of operations of the Panoramic Train is only temporary. This train will undergo an evaluation process.
Public Relations of PT Kereta Api Tourism M Ilud Siregar explained, the scenic train operates from 24 December 2022 to 8 January 2023 under a soft launch. Also, this train is used to support Christmas and New Year (Nataru) transportation.
“So until January 8, the results of the permanent evaluations of the scenic train ride will continue,” he told detikcom on Sunday (8/1/2023).
The scenic train has been in the spotlight lately and has even gone viral. This train features large windows so passengers can enjoy different viewpoints along the way.
Ilud said the evaluation was done in an effort to improve the service to passengers from the innovations provided.
“The rating is related to efforts to improve services to our passengers, from the innovations we deliver,” he said.
The assessment, he said, also concerns whether there are any complaints from passengers. “Yes, for example there are complaints or service improvements,” she explained.
