The “Sapori & Mestieri” Confartigianato event is back

The greedy event of “Sapori & Mestieri – Stile Artigiano” is back, the Confartigianato event dedicated to sweets, chocolate and artistic craftsmanship created with the contribution of the Liguria Region and the Municipality of La Spezia. From Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th November, the historic center of the city will be full of chocolate, sweets and local specialities. Seminars and conferences, book presentations, cultural visits, show cooking, entertainment for children and many other initiatives open to the public.

Here are the events not to be missed for this new edition.

INFORMATION AND LISTENING area: space to disseminate the activities of Confartigianato and its partners, where qualified personnel will be able to respond to the requests of entrepreneurs or those who would like to open a business.

MEDIA area: a lounge where meetings and debates will be held with public figures, entrepreneurs, professionals and representatives of the world of work

The “Hansel and Gretel House” awaits children every day with many surprises. Organized by the “Borgo Incantato” Associations of Bolano and “I Sogni di Benedetta” of La Spezia

10.00 am – “Treasure hunt to discover the activities of the historic center of La Spezia”

Organized by the “I Fanti de Spéza” Association. Awards ceremony at 12.30pm

10.30 am – “The secret city: the Abyssinian neighborhood and other hidden places”

Guided tour by Diego Savani, Coop. Art and Nature. Reservation required. Max 20 participants

11.00 am – “Autumn in a cream puff”

Organized by the teachers and students of the CIOFS Fp Liguria training body in La Spezia

12.00 – “La Spezia Italian Capital of Culture 2027”

Edited by Rosanna Ghirri, manager of the Cultural Services of the Municipality of La Spezia

3.00 pm – “A bitter is born from the olive tree”

A new product from the Frantoio Moro di Caniparola is born from the leaves of the olive tree. “Grandpa Moro” Bitter. Presentation and tasting by Adriano Petacchi

4.00 pm – “Scheggia The Little Blue Seaplane”

But is it so important to be the same as others? Presentation of the illustrated album (for children 4+) by the writer Alessandra Cerretti, At the end, a small workshop for children

Ore 17.00 – “Pesto Fiore Show”

The origins, history and culture of pesto. Cooking show organized by the “Pesto Fiore” company from La Spezia

6.00 pm – “When beer meets chocolate”

Organized by the Birrificio del Golfo della Spezia in collaboration with the teachers and students of the “G. Casini” of La Spezia.

7.00 pm – “The black gold of the Gulf of Poets”

By Elisa Mondini of the “La Perla” restaurant in Lerici and the Mussel Farmers Cooperative of La Spezia. Let’s talk about muscles and stuffed muscles.

4.00 pm – “Amedeo Lia Museum”

From 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm, in the rooms of the A. Lia Museum, the students of the Liceo Musicale Cardarelli will perform coordinated by the teachers Francesca Coppelli and Paola Angeli

How the world of chefs has changed in recent years. By Andrea Moscatelli responsible for 3D Cyber. La Spezia’s tourism councilor Hon. Maria Grazia Frijia will be present. Numerous local chefs will participate

5.00 pm – “The voices of the VOICE”

By the La Voce della Spezia Academy. The students of vocal coaches Mary Crisci and Silvia Pellegri will present songs taken from a vast international repertoire.

6.00 pm – “The sweets of the Christmas tradition”

“A journey through the Christmas confectionery traditions of Italy”. The master pastry chefs of the area will participate and present their Christmas recipes.

Participation in all program events will be free upon reservation at no. 0187.286655-11. During the days of the initiative, in the Confartigianato Media Area, AIL volunteers will be present with their “Christmas Stars”
