President enacted sanctions decisions of the National Security and Defense Council

Zelenskiy has extended to 10 years sanctions against one and a half hundred people involved in organizing elections in the occupied Crimea.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy put into effect the decision of the National Security Service of Ukraine, according to which the previously imposed sanctions against a number of persons involved in voting in elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation in Crimea are extended from three to ten years. Corresponding changes are being made to the NSDC decision, put into effect by presidential decree No. 82 on March 19, 2019, regarding one person – a citizen of Ukraine Konstantin Bakhterev, who ran from the United Russia party in a single-mandate constituency in Kerch.
Also, changes are being made to the NSDC decision, introduced by presidential decree No. 184 of May 14, 2020, regarding 129 people – citizens of Ukraine, mainly the management and employees of the Crimean election commissions of different levels, as well as two candidates from the Russian ecological party Green, who ran for single-mandate districts in Evpatoria and Simferopol.
Corresponding changes were made to the NSDC decision, introduced by presidential decree No. 265 of June 24, 2021 (as amended on September 7, decree No. 458), in relation to 27 people – all of them are employees or management of election commissions, 25 of them are citizens of Ukraine , the citizenship of two more is not indicated.
Also, a separate decree No. 624/2021 of December 7 clarified the personal data of Ukrainian citizen Anastasia Nesterenko, against whom indefinite sanctions were imposed by Zelensky’s decree of October 5 for her work as a member of the “territorial election commission” of the Dzhankoy region in the last elections to the Russian parliament.
In addition, Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree enforcing the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of November 10, 2021. on the imposition of economic sanctions in relation to the companies for which the aircraft were reissued, which previously operated flights on the Kiev – Moscow route.
Sanctions have been imposed on US-registered companies ALPHA BRAVO AVIATION LLC and G200 203 LLC, as well as CASCADE HOLDING, registered in the Cayman Islands.
The sanctions provide for the prohibition of issuing and canceling existing permits and plans to operate flights with aircraft No. 375AB (s / n 261), No. 673DM (s / n 203) and T7-CSCD (s n 2072).
The NSDC decision provides for blocking the assets of companies, limiting trade operations, limiting the transit of resources, flights and transportation through the territory of Ukraine, preventing the withdrawal of capital from Ukraine, and suspending the fulfillment of economic and monetary obligations.
