We did it again. Like when we started 15 years ago to do it.
Producing a live television broadcast from different parts of the city for 9 hours without interruption is a big job. Much more when it is from the inside. When one begins to learn about the development and production of a program, one discovers that there are many people who work for it. For this work of producing live from two strategic points, one inside the chapel of San Cono and another from in front of the chapel, added to a third from the canal terrace and another installed in the Irineo Leguisamo Racecourse, with images and interviews continuously, many, many people are needed. Our human team was made up of seven (7) people. That is working in the interior of the country. Seven people are the ones who carried it forward. The other ten (10) more people this Saturday and Sunday will be bringing you soccer live for the radio and filming the 4 games for Tenfield and for our Third Time program every Monday. The day of Friday June 3 was our thirteenth production, because two were not made due to the pandemic. It started at 07:00 in the morning to be live with the mass at 08:00. It continued from the chapel and the Hippodrome including the procession. And it culminated when the saint returned and the doors of the temple were opened again at 5:20 p.m.
The televising was simultaneously through the cable network that permanently has our channel TVFlorida on its grid:
Rocha, Castillos, Chuy, Barra del Chuy, La Paloma, San Carlos, La Capuera, Coronilla, Punta del Diablo, Cebollatí, July 18, San Luis, Aguas Dulces, Gregorio Aznárez, Libertad de San José, Batlle y Ordóñez and Nico Perez. Simultaneously on the Cardinal TV channel on all the cables in each department of the country affiliated with the Uruguayan Chamber of
Television for Subscribers CUTA and issued by Antel Vera. Live mobiles for the program Modo País on Channel 5 and Cardinal tv.
And in our own internet address for cell phones or computers and see us from all over the world: tvflorida.com.uy.
A blockbuster that received praise in continuous messages from our Florida and all of Uruguay to the US. From Argentina to Spain. And that work of being able to bring the San Cono festival to so many now also in the world, is what moves us. Tell me about installing our main popular festival and our Florida in such a massive way. We are proud of all of this. And that pride is the product of a unique and essential factor: the human team.
And that is TVFlorida, its human team. Everything went perfectly because we have multiplier people of work and service. Those of us who are in this know very well what it costs to carry out this task. It is incredible to be a minor media outlet and from the interior of the country, with all that that means, capable of carrying out the aforementioned task. And the day comes and we do it. Many Floridians cannot, for different reasons and among them mainly health, attend the pilgrimage and festival of the saint, they do it through our channel and that gratitude received is the energy that often drives us. It feels good when those messages come through. Yes, it’s for you. For you to be us. Although in these times it sounds demagogic. The management of this company thanks Víctor, Mauricio, Emilio, Valeria, Andrea and Braulio on this occasion for their multiplication of effort, dedication and responsibility. To be a good means of communication, you need to have a good human team. We have it.
