The Samsung Galaxy S23 case leak confirms the new design

So much information has been leaked lately about Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S23 series that it’s hard to imagine anything too surprising popping up before the official announcement in the first couple months of next year. . Still, it’s nice to have some more leads to bolster our expectations, and that’s exactly what has transpired recently.

New images of the Galaxy S23 series cases they leaked on the website of UK retailer MobileFun, reaffirming the previously mentioned design changes. Of course, the main difference is this Samsung would have abandoned the old photographic block that started from the smartphone frame to create a rectangular shape around the three sensors of the Galaxy S22 and S22+.

Instead, the cases support the rumor that the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ will have it each photo sensor protrudes individually from the back panel of the phone, without the entire camera block part. In other words, the two more affordable models will look like the current Galaxy S23 Ultra. It’s hard to say that this is a significant change in design, but, by today’s standards, it can certainly be counted as one.

MobileFun’s website shows third-party cases for the S23 line, but also a few options dubbed “official Samsung cases for the Galaxy S23,” though they don’t have images to show what the cases look like.

The camera of the Galaxy S23 series is also expected to receive many other improvements, such as the S23 and S23+ which will get a main camera from the Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Galaxy S23 Ultra which will be equipped with a promising 200 megapixel camera!

A launch in mid or late February

On the other hand, a more specific rumor indicates that all three models will feature a 12-megapixel front-facing camera, which would be a drop in megapixels for the top-end Ultra model.

Not much is known about the specifications of the Galaxy S23 and S23+. As for the launch schedule, the Galaxy S23 series is expected to launch in mid-February or the end of February, contrary to what was previously announced. The delay is said to be because Samsung is unable to set a price for the Galaxy S23 phones.
