The list of prohibited “window washers”, which are not recommended for car care when the cold weather comes, was approved by the resolutions of the Deputy Minister of Health – Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Belarus. The following brands and manufacturers of windshield washer fluids are not permitted for import and distribution in Belarus:

- GLEID UNLIMITED -30 (Komtorg LLC, Russia);

- ARCTIC PANTHER -30 (RIVIERA LLC, Russia);
- CRYSTAL CLEAR -30 (EKOKEMIKA-VL LLC, Russia);
- ANTIFROST -30 (AVANGARD LLC, Russia);
- ANTI ICE -30 (AVANGARD LLC, Russia);
- NORD WATER -30 (TECH-LINE LLC, Russia);
- WINTER DRIVE -30 (TECH-LINE LLC, Russia);
- STOP ICE -30 (TECH-LINE LLC, Russia);
- NORD -30 (GELENA KHIMAVTO LLC, Russia);
- ULTRA GLIDE EFFECT – 30 (Detalavto LLC, Russia);
- ARCTIC FROST -30 (Avalon LLC, Russia);
- SNOW TRACK -30 (TECH-LINE LLC, Russia);
- CLEAR VIEW -30 (Gral LLC, Russia).
These windshield washer fluids were included in the category of danger to human health due to their high methanol content. The department wants to take this information into account when purchasing windshield washer fluid.
