President Joko Widodo set salaries and benefits for Head of the Archipelago State Capital Authority (IKN) reached IDR 172.7 million per month.
This decision is stated in Presidential Regulation Number 13 of 2023. Details of salaries and benefits are detailed in the attachment section.
“Head of the Archipelago Capital Authority and Deputy Head of the Archipelago Capital Authority are given financial rights and other facilities,” reads Article 2 of Presidential Decree No. 13 of 2023.
The basic salary of the Head of the Nusantara IKN Authority is IDR 5,040,000 per month. He gets an embedded allowance in the form of a family allowance and a rice allowance of IDR 648,840 per month.
The position allowance for the Head of the Nusantara IKN Authority is IDR 13,608,000 per month. Then there are performance allowances of up to IDR 153,422,000 per month.
The Perpres also stipulates that the basic salary for the Deputy Head of the Nusantara National Institute of Authority is IDR 4,899,300. The incumbent receives an embedded allowance in the form of a family allowance and a rice allowance of IDR 634,770 per month.
The position allowance for that position is IDR 11,566,800. Meanwhile, a performance allowance of 138,079,800 per month for the Deputy Head of the IKN Nusantara Authority.
This amount does not include operational funds. Operational funds for the Head of the Nusantara IKN Authority amount to IDR 178 million, while the Deputy Head of the Nusantara IKN Authority amounts to IDR 145 million.
“Operational Funds are provided with conditions of 80 percent (eighty percent). lumpsum and 20 percent (twenty percent) for other operational support,” reads the attachment to the Perpres.
