Likewise, it has improved its proposal for early retirement, since employees over 58 years of age, and up to 62 years old, they will have an early retirement of 57% of the annual salary (compared to to 55% previously proposed by the entity), while employees who take early retirement between the ages of 56 and 57 will have an early retirement of 55% of salary (versus 50% previously).
