The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 105 Russian occupiers, their equipment and two ammunition depots in the south of the country on Friday, the Operational Command “South” announced on Facebook.


“The situation in our operational area is difficult but controllable. The enemy continues to conduct combat operations with the existing forces in the occupied defense lines,” the command said in a statement.

It is noted that the Ukrainian forces, having detected the enemy’s preparation for a counterattack in the direction of Bruskinske-Bilozerka, struck, forcing the enemy to abandon the task.

“However, the practice of airstrikes continues. The enemy attacked our positions and conquered settlements four times with pairs of helicopters. Our losses were not incurred, but our aviation made seven strikes on the enemy,” the statement said.
