Julien Aubert (LR), former deputy of Vaucluse (2012-2022) and founder of the Oser la France movement, a politically polarized right-wing think tank of the republican right, seems to feed on Guillaume Kasbarian (Renaissance) a little bit of acrimony. In a tweet published last week, the former parliamentarian refers to the bill against illegal occupations of housing, presented this month by the deputy for the college of Chartres, which provides, in particular, the creation of an employment crime without right or title, to fight the unpaid rent (our edition of 21 October). In this tweet, Julien Aubert claims the authorship of this new crime. “In 2021, LREM rejected my proposal […] to protect property ”, he wrote referring to the amendment he had later presented – and which had been rejected – when drafting the Asap law (Acceleration and simplification of public action). “I hope Guillaume Kasbarian pays me the royalties as he is now reimbursing part of my account. «With more joy, it seems, since the entire Renaissance group in the Assembly signed the bill of the deputy of Chartres last week. Virtue of sitting in the majority rather than in the opposition …

Reduced staff
While on Thursday 20 October an agreement was signed in Nogent-le-Rotrou governing relations and the division of powers between the national gendarmerie and the municipal police, some observers wondered if this organization was not trying to make up for the evident lack of visibility of municipal police officers on the ground in recent weeks. This is obviously not the case, but it is clear that the young people hired who arrived in the municipal services at the beginning of the year are currently in training and that their absence is obviously lacking. If only for those who want to redo the identity card or passport at the police station.

From the bench of C’Chartres Football to the adjacent office of OM president Pablo Longoria, the path has been clear for several weeks for Jean-Pierre Papin (our previous editions). Officially, the former Olympique de Marseille striker has, in any case, no longer been the manager of the Chartres club since Friday night.
The D 923 rather than the motorway
Called to sign the municipal police-gendarmerie agreement in Nogent-le-Rotrou on Thursday 20 October, the Chartres public prosecutor, Frédéric Chevallier, arrived a little late, what is often called the famous “neighborhood percheron of an hour. “In fact, he explained, on the occasion of his first visit to the Perche, he did not imagine that it would take a good hour, by motorway, between the Eurelian capital and that of the Perche. Obviously he had rather counted on three quarters The sub-prefect of the district of Nogent, Naaïma Mejani, advised him to return to take the D 923 “which is almost faster”.
The wedding of the rose and the lily
Ever since the mayor of Dreux announced the creation of a rose for the city associated with the name of Princess Filomena, Dreux has been on the headlines of royal or celebrity sites. And Stéphane Bern put his pen at the service of Dreux-Princesse Philoména’s squad in Paris Match. The Municipality’s initiative is experiencing an unexpected turn. It must be said that the rose is a creation of André Eve, one of the most popular rose growers to whom certain wealthy individuals order a creation for his wife, mother … which can cost up to 80,000 euros. For a community, it is much cheaper as the rose grower can then integrate it into their catalog and sell it. The Dreux-Princesse Philoména squad will have cost € 5,000 and is already having an impact in terms of image, assures the municipality.
Time is long
Guest, this week, in the program “Les echos de ma commune” of Radio Grand Ciel, a Christian association radio that broadcasts its programs in particular in Eure-et-Loir, Fabien Verdier, mayor (SE) of Châteaudun, was questioned about the dynamism of businesses in Dunes and, conversely, in the wasteland. “Everything that is empty costs and creates non-prescription, or generates costs for the Municipality and the Grand Châteaudun”, explains the municipal councilor into the microphone. The situation of the former GSP factory, two abandoned hectares, did not escape the visitor, whom he describes as “the 40-year horror that does not embellish the city”. Fabien Verdier suggests that the municipal team is working on the matter. “We are in the process of expropriation, the judge expressed his conclusions. We hope to be the owner soon to develop the famous cinema pole. But to see this project emerge by the end of the term is a matter of hope. “I don’t promise anything about this. France is a country where times are long and administrative procedures are very long. I wish I could go much faster ”, he defended himself.

The recipe for waste
The nice surprise for Stéphane Lemoine. The president of the community of municipalities of the Portes euréliennes d’Île-de-France and president of the Inter-municipal Union for the treatment and recovery of waste (Sitreva) is pleased with the budget revenue of the Ouarville incineration plant in 2022. Although the year is not over, the president expects revenues of around 2.5 million euros. The provisional collections announced at the beginning of the year foresaw an amount of approximately 600,000 euros. The incineration plant achieves this favorable result thanks to the resale of energy. “The plant processes 130,000 tons of waste each year and supplies between 15,000 and 20,000 homes near Ouarville,” according to Stéphane Lemoine.
The habit of stairs
An elevator failure mentioned in the meeting .. 2nd floor no elevator. This is how Philippe Blety, general manager of Habitat Eurélien, welcomed three tenants on Friday at 25 and 27 rue de Bruxelles, in Lucé, for a meeting following an elevator breakdown that lasted for the month of June. Having come to express their dissatisfaction, the tenants described their difficulties due to health problems (asthma …), handicap (prostheses …) or the presence of small children. The two buildings are respectively composed of seven and eight floors.
For you Armenia
Two deputies from Eure-et-Loir, Guillaume Kasbarian (Renaissance, Chartres constituency) and Luc Lamirault (Horizons and relatives, Nogent-le-Rotrou constituency), are part of the parliamentary delegation currently on an official trip to Armenia, to support the citizens of this country, in conflict since 2020 in its border areas, with its neighbor, Azerbaijan, supported by Turkey. The deputy from Chartres (left in the photo), of Armenian origin, and his colleague Percheron (right), arrived in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, on Thursday evening. On Friday they had an interview with the Prime Minister, the France-Armenia friendship group and the rights advocate, before visiting a rehabilitation center for the wounded and maimed. On Saturday 28 October 2022 they would go “to the south of the country to measure the damage caused by Azerbaijan and collect the testimonies of the victims”, explained Guillaume Kasbarian, who we managed to reach on Friday evening. The delegation is expected to return to France this Sunday.
