The root of the problem that triggered Maswindo’s boss was reported to Bareskrim

Jakarta

Aswin Yanuar contractor company PT Maswindo Bumi Mas is currently under public scrutiny. Various protest actions were filed on social media because this company was said to have been absent from the obligation to finance housing projects until the construction stopped.

Regarding this case, the victims took a number of actions, one of which was reporting Aswin Yanuar as CEO of Maswindo to Bareskrim Polri. The lawyer and attorney for Maswindo’s victim, Sapto Dewi Trianawati, said that he chose the criminal step because until now there was no intention from Aswin in resolving this case.

“I was summoned, I called many times, even to his wife there was no response at all. So that from 2 weeks after I was invited to the posko (meeting the victims), I finally fixed it and reported it (to Bareskrim Polri),” said the lawyer who Yana can be called when contacted by detikcom, Tuesday (7/2/2023).

Yana explained, initially she oversaw 39 parties who were partners of the Maswindo branch, the total loss at that time was estimated at Rp 29 billion. Over time, his clients increased to 59 people, 7 of whom were Maswindo customers and the remaining 52 were Maswindo branch heads.

The heads of these branches are partners who work with Aswin to open company branches in other locations. Thus, they are not structurally employees of PT Maswindo Bumi Mas, but agents.

There are a number of points highlighted by Yana, which are suspected of being the cause of the problems borne by the partners of the Maswindo branch. These points are closely related to the system created by the company.

Consumers are asked to pay in full 100% in advance. The funds were sent directly to the head office’s account, so the branch office as the field executor had to wait for the funds to be disbursed from the center.
