The roof of a house caught fire in the night, in Lucé

A house on rue Albert-Camus, in Lucé, caught fire on the night of Thursday August 4 to Friday August 5, around 2:40 a.m. Lightning could have caused the roof to catch fire.

The fire did not cause any injuries because the occupants of the house were not at their home.

About thirty firefighters from Chartres and Lucé intervened on this two-storey house. They stayed there until 9:40 a.m. on Friday.

Thunderstorms: which sector of Eure-et-Loir has the most rainfall?

No other intervention is to be deplored in the department of Eure-et-Loir in the context of thunderstorms.
