The Rolling Stones – Unzipped it can be seen again in the Groninger Museum from June 30, 2023. The exhibition was only open there for four weeks in 2020 due to the corona pandemic.
Frontman Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones opened the exhibition online on November 20, 2020. Four weeks later, the museum closed again due to the corona crisis.
Unzipped offers a behind-the-scenes look at the sixty-year-old British band. The exhibit consists of over four hundred original items from the Rolling Stones’ collection.
It’s not just instruments and scenery, but also rare audio and video fragments, personal diaries, iconic costumes, posters and album covers.
