The Territories General Management steers the implementation of numerous public policies in the 5 territories of the metropolis. The Directorate General of Territories guarantees responsiveness in the implementation of projects, in logics of proximity, innovation and transversality. Within this Directorate General, the agents of the Territories are responsible for improving the daily life of many inhabitants and users of the public service. From the management of development projects to social and cultural development, including the proper maintenance of public spaces and buildings, our collective brings municipal and metropolitan policies to life in the service of the general interest.
Within the General Directorate of Territories of Toulouse Métropole, the Resources Department, structured in 3 departments (Human Resources, Finance and General Administration), has the mission of facilitating and operating the departments within its territory.
The human resources operational department (SoRH) provides support for 1,000 permanent positions for the territorialized departments: Citizen Dynamics Department, Planning and Urban Development Department, Buildings Department and Public Space Management Department.
Within the human resources operational department and placed under the authority of the HR Administration Referent, in conjunction with the
other managers of the service, you ensure the operational follow-up of actions in the field of HR Administration which
brings together the management of careers, time and absences and payroll.
As such, you:
– manage the various arrangements in terms of careers, absences and pay for agents in compliance with statutory rules and legal standards,
– participate and ensure the updating of the individual files of the agents in the HRIS tools,
– control payroll operations and participate in the development and monitoring of dashboard indicators (payroll, absenteeism, etc.)
– welcome, support and advise agents on all HR topics.
