1- What is an MSP?

Multi-professional health centers (MSPs) were introduced into the public health code in 2007 (art. 44 of the law of December 19, 2007). Today codified in Article L. 6323-3, they are defined as structures endowed with legal personality and formed between medical professionals, medical auxiliaries or pharmacists. They offer first-resort – and sometimes second-resort – care activities without accommodation, prevention and health education. Most often, they involve the grouping of professionals on the same real estate site. However, the creation of a multi-site health center remains possible.
