Surgery is a medical action performed for surgery that functions to repair the human body. In medical terms, surgery for patients is all medical actions that are invasive by opening and displaying the body part to be operated on which is carried out in the operating room at the hospital.

During the operation in the operating room, not only surgeons but also in the operating room are assisted by anesthesiologists, general nurses, surgical nurses, anesthesiologists and operating instruments. The success of the operation was successfully carried out thanks to the cooperation of medical personnel who were in the operating room.

Anesthesiologist is a doctor who is responsible for the anesthetic process before, during and after surgery and is responsible for caring for patients in the operating room. In addition, anesthesiologists are also responsible for patient pain management.

Anesthesiologists play an important role in assisting surgeons and working with nurses in preparing various things before surgery, monitoring the patient’s condition, providing anesthesia during surgery, as well as conducting postoperative observations and ensuring that the patient’s condition does not worsen.

During the operation, aside from maintaining the patient’s awareness, the Anesthesiology and Reamination Specialist Doctor is also in charge of keeping the five organs running properly. The five organs include: brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys.

The brain functions as the main control center of the body as well as a constituent of the central nervous system or commonly referred to as the CNS. If during the operation the brain does not function properly, it can cause the patient to fall into a coma.

The heart is one of the vital organs in humans where during surgery the Anesthesiologist is tasked with keeping this organ stable. The function of the heart is to circulate oxygen and nutrients throughout the body to supply nutrients to the cells of the body so they can run optimally.

Lung organs function to exchange carbon dioxide by oxygen from the blood so that the body’s oxygen needs are met in the body. If the Anesthesiologist fails to protect the lungs during surgery, respiratory failure will occur.

The next organ that the anesthesiologist must take care of during surgery is the liver. The liver function is to filter toxins in the body. The liver helps metabolic processes in the body and secretes bile enzymes to help the human digestive tract.

And the last organ is the kidney organ, the kidney organ functions to filter toxins that enter the body circulating in human blood. If the kidneys don’t work optimally, the body will cause poisoning and can threaten the patient’s life.
