Prepared salad is a separate type of product that I didn’t take before, but now I won’t. Many stores have departments that sell food produced in-house. But we know that very often they contain expired products. If the salad is sold by weight, it is impossible to determine either its composition or the production date.

When the eggs are cooked, what meat is inside? Is there expired cheese in the salad? We will never know the answers to these questions.

Cut goods without factory packaging

It is not safe to buy sliced ​​cheese and meat without factory packaging. Agree that it is quite convenient for the owner of a chain of stores to sell outdated goods under the guise of beautifully cut products. The cheese is cut, the packaging date is indicated on the film and that’s it, the goods are considered fresh.

The pieces then hit store shelves.
