The risk of a UFO invasion is increasing: which states will be the first to encounter aliens

American scientists have determined which US states could become the safest zones in the event of an alien invasion. This topic has long been of interest and is now being considered in the context of global security. After all, many are sure that in the vast Universe, people cannot be the only intelligent beings, the Daily Mail reported.

Sparsely populated states with large uninhabited areas could provide the best chance of survival, the researchers said. In such places there will be enough space for shelter, and the lower population density makes them less noticeable to possible aliens. Virginia was the safest choice, with a score of 8.03 out of 10. Its natural landscape lends itself to shelter, with forests covering about 63% of the area and 29 caves where you can hide.

Alabama came in second with a score of 7.9, and Minnesota came in third. Massachusetts, New York, Florida, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Alaska and Georgia are also considered relatively safe states.

At the same time, Nevada turned out to be the most dangerous zone, receiving only 5.31 points. This is a desert state with almost no place to hide, and the famous “Area 51” and numerous reports of UFO sightings only add to its popularity among fans of alien theories. Idaho, Arizona, Nebraska, Oregon, Utah, Oklahoma, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Wyoming were also named as unsafe places.
