Samsung Electronics has already seen this trend as an opportunity to ramp up the production of HBM memory. The latter provides high throughput, but requires specific equipment and layout technologies from the manufacturer of specialized accelerators, since it is placed on the same substrate as the main chip of the computing accelerator.
