The Rimatara Health CJA obtained its labeling. And to celebrate this recognition, a song and dance ceremony was organized with the participation of the students. A healthy CJA is an establishment in which healthy habits are integrated into the school curriculum.
10 themes must be respected, including nutrition, sport and hygiene. The label also takes into account the efforts made in waste sorting and living together.
The goal is also that these reflexes to be in good health continue in the homes of the island. The Rimatara Center for Young Adolescents is the last establishment to be labeled this school year.
For Inès d’Auzac de Lamartinie, nurse technical advisor to the General Directorate of Education and Teaching, “The Rimatara CJA is really an example, I think, for all the other CJAs who want to pass the labeling, and also for all health schools, where the system goes beyond the walls of the CJA”.
