As the hours go by, the body needs less and less calories. The ideal time for breakfast should be between seven and eight in the morning.
The lunch
The ideal lunch time should be between twelve and fourteen. For lunch it is recommended to eat vegetables, proteins, healthy fats, carbohydrates. It must be a filling lunch, but not too heavy.
Snack
Not only children do the snack, but adults too. The hours are between sixteen and seventeen, but can be extended up to sixteen.
You can eat some nuts, some dried fruit or one yogurt.

The ideal time to dine is between 7pm and 8pm, or two hours before going to bed. Dinner must be full of vitamins, and light.
