A new bonus is coming to counter stellar increases in light and gas. The goal is the exploitation of renewable energies.
Citizens are clamoring Government interventions to effectively counter the increases in electricity and gas that weigh on households and businesses. The pandemic and the war in Ukraine have seriously destabilized the situation in Europe and in the world. Covid 19 has affected every aspect of life inflicting deep wounds on all of us that are slow to heal. Just when a glimmer of light began to be glimpsed, an even more devastating event slapped us and brought back in the state of emergency. The war between Russia and Ukraine is not only a defeat for man and his humanity but it is a weapon he is having economic repercussions unacceptable. Hence the government’s decision to speed up the fight against price increases by intervening on the Energy Decree.
Bonus bills, a measure to know
On March 1, 2022, the Law Decree was issued which establishes the possibility for citizens to proceed with the installation of solar panels without requiring any authorization. A simplification of the procedure used to speed up the installation of the renewable energy system on the roofs of houses and condominiums and on roofs of farms, on fields and above ground structures. The ultimate goal, as is understandable, is to contain the costs of electricity and natural gas.
It bureaucratic streamlining it will concern the installation of plants for renewable sources, the definition of a single model for plants with power included between 50 and 200 kW, the regulation of photovoltaic development in agriculture and the rationalization of authorization procedures for offshore plants. Furthermore, the simplification affects renewable plants in suitable areas and closed circuit geothermal probe plants. New measures on the way
In addition to the Bonus bills which allows the installation of solar panels without requiring authorizations, it is provided within 60 days the arrival of provisions by the Ministry of Ecological Transition on the installation of plants on the ground geothermal production and sound waves capable of heating entire buildings, producing electricity and air-conditioning environments.
An extension is also pending in relation to photovoltaics whose market demand is growing dramatically which will go alongside the Superbonus 110% and the extension granted on the timing of completion of the works moved to December 31, 2022 only on condition that 30% of eligible interventions have been completed within 30%.
