In the past, developers and gamers would hold their controllers the other way around to play Armor Core, with the thumb on the trigger instead of the stick and face buttons. It might seem weird when you see grip in a tweet, but it really makes the franchise stand out.
It seems unlikely that Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon will need that kind of grip, as FromSoftware is understandably expecting many newcomers to the series in its latest release. However, if you want to change the way you hold the controller, there’s an option added to accommodate that.
