The Return of RBD: The Iconic Mexican Group’s Highly Anticipated Tour and Health Concerns

The RBD fan around the world has not stopped talking about the return of the Mexican group to the stage, 15 years after the end of the iconic television series.

(We recommend you read: This is how the first concert of the RBD tour in the United States was experienced).

A few months ago, five of the six members of the group announced that they would return on a tour of several American countries and, without a doubt, it seems to be a success, after selling out ticket offices in several cities.

The opening concert of the 2023 tour took place in El Paso, Texas, when on August 25 thousands of followers vibrated again to the rhythm of songs like ‘Rebelde’, ‘Save me’, ‘Ser o parecer’, ‘Aún hay something’ and ‘This heart’.

However, the heartfelt song ‘Tras de mí’ was in charge of starting the tour at the Sun Bowl Stadium, in Texas, where Anahí Puentes, Maite Perroni, Christian Chávez, Christopher Uckermann and Dulce María performed.

And although the tour is starting in some cities in the United States so far, this weekend one of the group’s artists stated that he was experiencing health problems.

(It might interest you: RBD premiered ‘Cerquita de ti’, his new song, on the eve of his tour: that’s how it sounds).

After leaving a concert at Madison Square Garden in New York, Christopher Uckermann confessed on his social networks that he has not been feeling very well lately due to a thyroid problem.

“I share that today I felt bad physically, but my love for you is stronger! I promise to give you the best I can today,” he commented on his Instagram account.

The actor who played Diego Bustamante pointed out that not everything that glitters in the lives of artists is gold and that he has had to face complications with his thyroid.

(Also: Christopher Uckermann: this is the activity of the far from famous RBD member).

“I’ve had some thyroid issues in the past and since I hardly slept, because of meetings and working on tour, he got a little rough on the thyroid thing, it swelled up a little bit and it felt like pressure, so I felt nauseated all day because my throat is inflamed”, the artist stated.

RBD will be in Colombia, and will perform four concerts at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium in the city of Medellín, on November 3, 4, 5 and 6.
