Julio Cesar Luna returns to television with the new bet of the journalist Álvaro García for Radio Televisión Nacional de Colombia (RTVC): the news program “Hora 0” that will be broadcast from Monday to Friday at noon and in prime time while on weekends weekdays only at night. García was the one who proposed the idea since he came to the channel’s management in 2020 but given the pandemic, the creation of a new information project was stopped. Although it is a government news program, it will be independent with an added value: to be the voice of the regions and to give a new air to cultural news, forgotten by private channels.
Luna has been dedicated to acting since the 70s, he has also been a director and announcer. The Argentine was the commercial voice of the Avianca airline for 10 years for advertising purposes and today it will be the public newscast that aims to reach the new generations without leaving aside the old and faithful viewers.
