“There is no progress in the ceasefire,” said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, as reported. BFM.
He clarified that he would discuss with Lavrov the issue of a 24-hour ceasefire, but that there was no progress on the matter.
In addition, the Ukrainian minister noted, this meeting was on humanitarian issues, and Kyiv was trying to find a diplomatic solution to the situation.

Moscow Expects Neutral Status from Ukraine
In turn, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed that the initiative to open humanitarian corridors on a daily basis remains in place.
Russia did not attack Ukraine and will not attack other countries, but the attacks from Kyiv against the DPR and LPR were well planned, the Russian Foreign Minister said.
According to Lavrov, Ukraine has been “anti-Russian” for years.
Minister Lavrov also raised the issue of the shooting of a maternity hospital in Mariupol.
