KPK President Firli Bahuri answering the question of Lukas Enembe who directly inaugurated the Papua Governor’s office in Jayapura city when he was ill. Lukas is also currently a suspect of the KPK in the case of corruption and gratuity of the provincial budget of Papua.
“Regarding suspect Lukas Enembe, till now we are still paying attention to his health condition because those who say he is healthy or unhealthy are doctors,” KPK President Firli Bahuri said on Tuesday at the KPK building, Jalan Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta (3/1/2023).
Firli admitted that in recent days Lukas Enembe’s team of lawyers had been coordinating with KPK investigators regarding Lukas Enembe’s plan to treat him abroad. According to Firli, his party is currently evaluating the request.
“Indeed, there have recently been communications from lawyers regarding the relevant request for medical treatment abroad, of course we are also considering this. But it is certainly our desire, first and foremost, to defend the law humans,” he said.
Previously, Lukas Enembe had checked his health before inaugurating the office of Governor of Papua. Lukas is then admitted after passing an exam.
“We have previously monitored his health. Because we saw well, we finally allowed him to attend today’s event (inauguration of the Papua governor’s office),” added the head of the medical team, Lukas Enembe, Dr Anthony Mote, A detik comFriday (30/12).
According to Anthon, Luke underwent virtual monitoring by a doctor in Singapore. This is because the KPK has not approved the permit for treatment in Singapore.
“So the Singapore doctor continues to monitor the Governor’s health intensively. 3 times a week his health is monitored by Singapore doctors virtually or on line. Similarly with medicines that are consumed once a month are sent,” she explained.
For your information, Lukas Enembe has been named as a suspect in bribery and bribery for tips originating from the APBD of Papua Province. KPK President Firli Bahuri and a team of investigators from KPK and the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) visited Lukas Enembe in Jayapura, Papua.
Enembe’s use of a private jet is being investigated by the KPK
The KPK is still investigating the bribery and tip bribery case in the Papua provincial budget with suspect Lukas Enembe. The chairman director of PT RDG named Gibbarael Issak was also examined.
“The investigation team has finished its examination of the witness Gibbrael Issak (President Director of PT RDG). The person concerned was present according to a summons some time ago,” KPK reporting unit chief Ali told reporters Fikri, Tuesday (2/1/2023) ).
Ali said Gibbrael Issak was questioned at the KPK on Monday (2/1). KPK investigators are exploring the use of private jets proposed by Lukas Enembe through PT RDG.
“The witness investigated his knowledge relating to the use of the service private jet for the needs of the LE suspect,” Ali explained.
In addition to examining PT RDG Chairman Director, KPK investigators are currently examining a witness named Nicholas Liem. The witness worked as an employee at the BCA Bank.
Earlier, the KPK also questioned a PT RDG Airlines flight attendant, Tamara Anggraeny, as a witness in the alleged corruption case with suspected Papua governor Lukas Enembe. Tamara was questioned as a witness on October 3, 2022.
After being questioned, Tamara spoke about the private jet Lukas Enembe allegedly used frequently.
“It’s personal, a Singaporean,” Tamara said after an inspection at the KPK Building, Jalan Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, on Monday (3/10/2022).
Tamara admitted that she was only examined in regards to flights. She declined to explain what details investigators asked for.
“No (there is a question of giving). Only flights. Later let the gentlemen of the KPK explain,” he said.
In this case, Lukas Enembe was named as a bribery and tip bribery suspect originating from the Papua Province APBD. The KPK has not arrested Lukas Enembe yet.
