Kannur: Morazha Ayurvedic Resort created a huge controversy during its construction. P. is a discussion that has been going on secretly and openly for some time in the party. Jayarajan was relieved in the party’s state committee meeting.

The resort was built by Jayarajan’s son along with big industrialists. The hilltop resort received planning permission from the Anthur Municipal Corporation, which denied final approval to the convention center of expatriate entrepreneur Sajan Parail, who committed suicide citing trivial errors. The resort was built in the name of Kannur Ayurvedic Medical Care Pvt. EP company in Aroli in 2014. The company was registered as Kannur Ayurvedic Medical Care Private Limited with a capital of Rs. According to the company documents, Jayson is the chairman of the company and Kalamthi Parayil, a construction contractor, Ramesh Kumar is the managing director.
It was previously discussed that the developer who built many of the CPM’s institutions and the homes of some top executives was the head of the board. Jayarajan’s son owns Rs 25 lakh worth of shares, including 2,500 shares of Rs 1,000. Kadiri Group, one of the leading industrialists of Kannur, is also on the board of directors of the company. There are currently seven directors of companies, including large industrialists.
