Die Servicevalue GmbH and the editorial staff of the newspaper Daily Mirror wanted to know for the second time which insurance providers consumers are most satisfied with overall. According to the opinion researchers, the recently published study “Germany Monitor – Insurers 2024” is based on an online survey conducted between July and August.
This resulted in around 71,000 customer opinions on 163 different insurance companies in twelve insurance sectors (a total of 601 companies).
In the residential building insurance category, which was not surveyed last year (September 7, 2023), the Allianz Insurance AG all other competitors behind – with a score of 2.50. Behind them follow the Arag General Insurance AG (2.52) ahead of the same providers Huk-Coburg Insurance and Interlloyd Insurance AG (is 2.53).
Just as the four aforementioned players can boast the title of “Best Residential Building Insurer” – the prerequisite for this was a placement in the top third (interval scaled) of the 50 test candidates in the building sector –
