The De Barros car park is a car park located behind the De Barros gymnasium, between Roger-Lenoir and Anatole-France streets. It is also bordered by the Maison du livre, de l’image et du son (MLIS) and the premises of ASVEL omnisports.
9,000 m² of asphalt removed
Currently, it accommodates 175 parking spaces; but also a sports and leisure area with a skate park, a square for children (France Libre) and a bowling alley under the hall; as well as the Archipel cluster with Trucks of the heart and Le Mas (Social action movement). Became paid in September 2018, it has since been underused. Hence the desire of the municipality to requalify this site.
