The last few years have been very difficult for the Estonian Center Party. After the last Riigikogu elections, the party has lost 10 seats in the Riigikogu and the situation has become critical. Many party members, as well as voters, are outraged. The party congress held in September is an important moment in the history of the Estonian Center Party, where not only the new chairman and board are elected, but also the future and existence of the Estonian Center Party is decided.

Mihhail Kõlvart has shown himself to be a strong leader and dedicated servant, especially during his tenure as the mayor of Tallinn. He is a great strategist and crisis manager who has created stability at a time when many others have faltered. He has demonstrated that he is ready and able to lead through difficult times by providing practical solutions to complex problems.
In addition, Mihhail Kõlvart has proven himself as a loud and clear voice who firmly stands for social justice, education and supporting young people. These are values that resonate deeply in the hearts of our youth association members. He has bravely stood against intolerance, discrimination and injustice, showing himself as a true advocate of values.
