The cultural center in Liezen is starting up again
After a long forced break due to the Corona crisis and its consequences, the cultural center in the old cinema in Liezen will open its doors again in October and will once again present well-known international and national artists.
The varied autumn program opens with a Memorial concert evening on the occasion of the anniversary of his death Liezen cult innkeeper Helmut “Heli” Hödl am 13. October. None other than the soul & blues master LEO ACIDwho was often a guest in the neighboring former cinema café at the time, will give an atmospheric concert this evening in the company of hopefully many of Heli’s former companions and friends, followed by a memorial service in the Stehbeisl.
Another musical highlight of the fall is definitely the concert by the German Supertalent winner MICHAEL SHEPHERD am 17. November, who touches millions with his harmonica. With classic melodies, hits and evergreens, Michael Hirte, accompanied by singer Simone Oberstein, takes you away from the stressful everyday life.
Let yourself be enchanted by the warm sounds of his instrument and world hits such as “Einsamer Hirte”, “David’s Song”, “El Condor Pasa”, “The Power of Love”, “Amoi bless us again”, “Ave Maria” and of course pre-Christmas sounds that match the season.
There will also be a lot to laugh about with the popular cabaret artists MIKE SUPANCIC (October 21st) and JOESI PROKOPETZ (November 24th) launch an attack on the laughing muscles with their Best Of programs.
