The border area with Luxembourg is the most expensive

Methodology
The rental map corresponds to a set of rent indicators expressed in euros per m² per municipality, distinguishing between apartments and houses. The rents are expressed inclusive of expenses and refer only to unfurnished locations.
The indicators are calculated from the announcements published on the platforms of the SeLoger Group and leboncoin in the period 2018 – 2022.
The mesh method implies, for municipalities without rental accommodation through an advertisement on at least one of the 2 sites in the period considered, that the rent indicator is the one estimated for a wider mesh including neighboring municipalities with similar characteristics.
