Rental management from A to Z
Guest Adom offers owners of apartments or houses to manage the rental of their accommodation from A to Z. For example, the company deals with the rental of housing on 27 platforms, like Airbnb, HomeAway or Booking.com. “We do a photo shoot of the accommodation to publish it on the sites“, emphasizes Théo Deniau, the founder of the Laval branch of this rental concierge network. Objective: to create a welcome booklet for travelers.
Guest Adom then manages the rental of the property. “We will really manage the operational part, that is to say we will intervene to provide cleaning services between each rental. During her cleaning services, we will equip the beds with hotel linen, bed and bath linen. We will welcome travelers in person, physically, to introduce them to the accommodation, the rules, the neighborhood, tourist activities, etc. And then we will collect the keys at the end of the stay“, describes Théo Deniau. The rental concierge company also takes care of a deposit with an inventory of fixtures.
Obviously, it would have been better without (the Covid-19) but we are very optimistic about what will happen. – Théo Deniau, founder of Guest Adom in Laval
With the context of the health crisis, Guest Adom is gradually starting its activity, with in sight the Tour de France which passes in Laval or the summer period. The company is also looking to strengthen its teams and is recruiting three people for cleaning and reception. “Today, we make as many contacts as possible and we take housing management to meet demand. Even if the Covid is there, there are business trips: the needs of professionals are always present. So we always rent housing to employees who come for training or to visit Laval “, specifies Théo Deniau.
By this summer, the 23-year-old entrepreneur hopes to have a portfolio of around 30 clients. So far, Guest Adom has convinced five owners to use their services. To operate, the company takes a commission of 25% on the price of the night.
