According to the latest analyzes, tenants will soon pay a lot more for rent. How much?
According to preliminary data from the Central Statistical Office of Poland, The average domestic purchase price of wheat in the first half of 2021 was PLN 93.04 per 1 dt.
This is it the price is used to determine the amount of the rent for the leased from the State Treasury agricultural real estate.
As a reminder – according to GUS data from the first days of January – the average domestic purchase price of wheat in the second half of 2020, it amounted to PLN 74.21 per 1 dt.
As estimated by the Office, the buying-in price index for basic agricultural products (wheat and rye grains, live cattle, pork and poultry and cow’s milk) in the first half of 2021 compared to the second half of 2020 amounted to 111.9 (price increase by 11.9%).
The given index is also used to index the rent for agricultural real estate leased from the State Treasury.
