Those responsible for the film “At a Road Junction” celebrated the official launch of the work in Lebanese cinemas, after its participation in the Red Sea Film Festival.

Actor Shadi Haddad described the role he plays in the film ‘A Mafraq Road’ as light-hearted and full of romance.

Added Haddad, “I play the character (Hadi Negm), who goes to a place away from the city crowd after facing a problem in his life. By chance he meets a girl with the same problem and a beautiful love story begins between them. He monitors social and other messages about Lebanon.

Actress Mirna Moukarzel has revealed that she participated in the film “A Crossroads” because she felt the need to return to acting after an absence imposed by the Corona pandemic, and this made her happy, despite the smallness of this role. for this participation, which differs from his previous works, mainly because it has garnered media attention.

Actress Betty Tuttle expressed her happiness at having achieved great success for the film “A Cross Road” during her participation in the Red Sea Film Festival, noting that she was looking forward to the reaction of the Lebanese public to this work, which contains a lot of romance.

Tuttle added, “The script is clever and doesn’t offend religious issues, and we’re trying to highlight the nuns who play an important role in spreading peace and happiness.”

He praised the Red Sea Film Festival, which is regarded as a connecting authority between different peoples and religions.

While actress Cynthia Karam felt that the role she embodied is different from the roles she embodied before as she appears more calm and level headed.

The film tells the story of a famous Lebanese actor competing with an Italian actor to play the Pope when he was young in an international film, and preparing to meet the Supreme Pontiff who will choose one of them to embody his character , (Hadi), whose role is played by Shadi Haddad, travels to Wadi Qannoubine to get away from the noise of his life, so the coincidence leads him to spend his isolation in a nunnery, to meet a girl with whom he lives a love story, so that the events interact in a funny comic frame.
