Actress Tori Spelling starred Beverly Hills 90210 hit series together with Shannen Doherty in 1990-1994. Doherty passed away on July 14 from cancer.
Now Spelling talks about the two’s last conversation 90210MGon the podcast.
– There has been a lot of death in my life. I don’t believe in regrets, but I still regret that I haven’t always used the second chance to get over the past and focused on the good that was, had that last conversation.
– However, he and I had it, I’m extremely grateful for that, a moved Spelling states, referring to Doherty.
The second host of the podcast, Jennie Garth, who also starred in the 90210 series, is happy that Spelling and Doherty have gotten closer again in recent years.
– We saw each other every now and then. But I especially thought of you, Tori, and how happy you were to spend time with him and reconnect on a deeper, more grown-up level, Garth summed up.
– I wish I had the chance to do that too. However, there was no opportunity to sit down with him to have a proper chat one last time. I’m glad you did, Garth tells Spelling.

The actors’ relationships were not always as good.
Shannen Doherty played Brenda Walsh in Beverly Hills 90210 for the first four seasons. Tori Spelling revealed in 2015 that she was one of the big reasons why Doherty’s work ended in the hit series.
– There were times when we loved each other and times when we wanted to claw the eyes out of each other’s heads, Garth revealed in his memoir published in 2014.
