The relationship between Rob and Ferdi Bolland seems to have recovered somewhat. Last year there was a disagreement, but through their work on the Falco-musical In Austria last year things went a little better between the brothers.
“The bond with my brother has quietly improved,” Rob said on Friday Show news.
This is partly due to the musical they made together and which will premiere in Austria on Saturday. The musical is about their lives. “We see our entire career passing by. That has created something.”
Ferdi said in a separate interview that they are “not the very best of friends” but at the same time are “very professional”. As a result, the collaboration did not suffer from their disagreement.
The Bolland brothers had a falling out before, but reconciled in 2020.
Things went wrong again in the summer of 2022. This was partly due to differences of opinion about the Falco-musical. Rob was also irritated by Ferdi’s participation in the TV program Dear Singersbecause he also wanted to participate. Rob was not asked by AVROTROS.
