Eggs are one of the foods that are naturally high cholesterol . However, eggs do not cause high cholesterol the way some other foods that are high in trans and saturated fats do. Although some studies have found a link between eating eggs and heart disease, there is another reason for this finding.

Foods such as bacon, sausage and ham further increase the risk of cholesterol and disease heart than eggs.
