The subsidiary H2H Facility Solutions expands its activities and launches the companies H2H Digital Solutions and H2H Document Solutions
Il Group Rekeepthe main Italian player active in integrated facility management, enters the digital facility management for the private sector through the subsidiary H2H Facility Solutionsspecialized in the management of services for property networks, particularly in the retail, large-scale distribution, banking and logistics sectors, which launches the new companies H2H Digital Solutions e H2H Document Solutions.
H2H Facility Solutions, 100% controlled by Rekeep SpA and led by the CEO Stefano Donatiwith the two new companies H2H Digital Solutions e H2H Document Solutions aims to integrate and innovate its portfolio of services to provide businesses and healthcare facilities with a 360-degree offer that combines traditional maintenance and environmental hygiene activities with solutions for digital transition, contact and customer services and document management.
In detail, H2H Facility Solutions will control the following operating companies:
- H2H Digital Solutions S.r.l.born from the experience of Rekeep Digital, specialized in facility management digitale or in the provision of technological services, both consultancy, application and infrastructural for digital transition of businesses and healthcare facilities;
- H2H Document Solutions S.r.l.born from the experience of the Telepost company, already part of the Rekeep Group, specialized in advanced document management through the coordination of complex back-office processes, document management, management of mailing and digital archiving services;
- H2H Cleaning S.r.l.specialized in services environmental hygiene and personal services such as reception, doorman, porterage and handling in the context of large-scale retail trade
H2H Digital Solutions, in particular, it will be led by the CEO Francesco Magro and will offer:
- advanced IT services to support the digital transformation of companiesincluding the integration of applications and management systems, the digitalisation of “core” operational processes and the offer of an ecosystem of innovative digital solutions;
- specific services and solutions for private healthcarein a context characterized by growing needs for efficiency, in which the new Company will make its knowledge of processes available to accompany clinics and healthcare facilities in the digitalisation process thanks to the integration of applications, such as the electronic medical record and specific vertical application modules;
- advanced support solutionsi.e. the management of operational service centers, single booking centers, call centers, customer service and customer support centers.
H2H Document Solutions, will complete the offer of H2H Facility Solutions, providing services management of internal postal flows to large companies, services archiving and document managementmanagement of mailboxes certified email and related services dematerialization documents in general.
The expansion of the activities offered by H2H Digital Solutions is part of a process of redefining the Rekeep Group’s organization and strengthening its offer of services, particularly digital, dedicated to the private sector: from IT infrastructures to customer care services , document management, increasingly strategic to support the core business of private players, public and healthcare bodies.
H2H Facility Solutions, thanks to the expansion of its offer, will constitute the first Italian operator capable of providing the private sector, with direct staff, the most complete set of core business support servicesi.e. technical-maintenance services (hard facility management), cleaning and personal services (soft facility management) and, indeed, digital facility management services.
H2H Facility Solutions can currently count on a staff of approximately 3,000 people and offices and operational facilities throughout Italy.
