According to the detainee, earlier in August, he shot a friend during a drunken quarrel at a reindeer farm with a rifle, as well as two women who were on the farm.
He had to walk to confess to the police. He surrendered to the police in the village of Okhotsk. The investigation will ask the court to arrest him.
“An investigative and operational group has left for the scene, located in a forest area at a considerable distance from settlements, and urgent investigative actions are currently being carried out,” the Investigative Committee said.
It is noted that the man is currently detained, the issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention is being decided.
