The regional hospital of Tozeur received, on Sunday, medical aids in the form of equipment, drugs and protective devices against the coronavirus (protective masks, disinfectant gel …), These aids are coming from the members of the Tunisian diaspora. And this within the framework of a campaign to pay homage to the “martyred doctor Badreddine Aloui”, indicated Badreddine Mbarek, spokesperson for the participants in this campaign.

Among the aids for the regional hospital of Tozeur are also equipped resuscitation beds, an oxygen concentrator and wheelchairs.

Moreover, according to the same source, “the participants in this campaign will send a second batch of medical aids to hospitals. And this in the interior regions. Like the regional hospital of Tozeur. The latter will benefit, the next time, from a larger share of aid ”.

For his part, the director of the Bassiri Nafti hospital clarified that the equipment received was installed in the COVID-19 service. And this in order to support the fight against the virus.
