At the first meeting of the Regional Electoral Commission held today, the regional governor Prof. Maria Neikova presented the seals to its chairwoman Fani Semerdzhieva as a symbolic beginning of the commission’s activities for the upcoming elections, which will be held on October 27.
“The district election commission of the 2nd multi-mandate electoral district-Burgaski has a well-established authority for expediency, good organization and teamwork. I wish the new composition of the RIC to consolidate the successes of the commission’s activities from the previous elections, as a guarantee for fair and open elections”, said Prof. Maria Neikova in an address.
In terms of administrative services, the regional governor guarantees full support from the Burgas Regional Administration in accordance with its powers.
